BluGlacier is certified to the very highest levels of both food safety and operational security. BluGlacier’s plants are BRC Level A Certified, HACCP compliant, IFS audited, and Global GAP accredited. These globally recognized food safety regulations ensure our products meet the quality standards of the most demanding retailers and food service operators. We focus on maintaining the quality of our product at all stages of production and include temperature monitors with our shipments to ensure that our products stay safe after they leave our plants and enter the supply chain. Blumar and Ventisqueros, BluGlacier’s parent companies, are fully committed to Corporate Social Responsibility. Both companies have completed and successfully passed the strict Social Compliance Audits required by several of the largest retailers in the U.S. The companies work closely with the communities we operate in and are proud of their reputations as good and safe places to work. Blumar and Ventisqueros plants are capable of producing Kosher products, and customers who require it can have products marked with the universally recognizable Kosher “K” symbol. BluGlacier’s products are fully traceable. As a thoroughly vertically integrated company we maintain control of our products from egg to receiving dock door.  Our products are labeled with information that allows an easy trace back to the farm, and even the pen and hatchery the fish came from.
